Springbank CV is the product of a variety of different types of cask and different sizes, specially selected by Frank McHardy and Stuart Robertson. Frank and Stuart have years of experience allowing them to choose a range of perfect casks, every one complementing the other to ensure this great whisky with lots of flavour and the classic Springbank style.

Palate: Sherry notes with a depth of oak and spices.

Nose: Sherry sweetness with some subtle peat notes, menthol and eucalyptus. Complex hints of sesame oil and soy sauce.

Finish: The flavours mainly from the Sherry Casks, although right at the end a hint of port tannins can be detected.
